XIA TERMINAL provides web development, mobile app development, AI automation, and related digital services. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, we require an advance payment before starting work, with remaining payments due upon project milestones or completion.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. XIA TERMINAL retains the right to use anonymized work samples for portfolio purposes.
XIA TERMINAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
